Many people have been mentally battling things silently and alone, and for whatever reason, speaking up about one’s Mental Health is taboo; I want that to change that. Every Monday (starting next Monday), you will receive a newsletter to help you with your Mental Health journey for the week. Something to give you an extra push and remind you that you’re important and so is your Mental Health. WHAT IS MENTAL HEALTH? The term Mental Health refers to a person’s cognitive, behavioral, and emotional well-being. It affects how we think, feel, act, make choices, and relate to others. Self-care plays an important role in maintaining your Mental Health. It’s time to start taking care of YOU and your Mental Health. You deserve it.
